How Far We’ve Come (Director’s Cut)

Joe Donaldson who works at Buck has designed and animated this infographics piece for The New York Times.

'By 2030, we could be living in a world with 0 new HIV infections.

I recently had the opportunity to work with The New York Times' T Brand Studio to help shed some light on the global AIDS epidemic. "How Far We've Come" takes the form of a rhythmic timeline charting many of the major events, milestones, and breakthroughs from the 1980s up through present day and beyond. The main hope for the film is that it could offer a bit of perspective on this global crisis as well as spread hope for what is to come as we work toward conquering AIDS!'
