Häagen-Dazs - "Maker Street"

Animation company  have created this great animation for  Häagen-Dazs.

For their new Artisan Collection, Häagen-Dazs has taken inspiration from its original artisan roots and has collaborated closely with six notable culinary artisans from around the country to introduce this new line of flavors. We wanted to take the passion and focus of those artisans to the next level by having it carry through all aspects of production.

As a form of homage to the nature of our artisans’ original products, we chose to create Maker Street using stop-motion, a medium in which almost everything is created by hand. To bring this to life, we teamed up with HouseSpecial to make sure that every tiny detail of the production was crafted with patience, love and undivided attention.

HouseSpecial, formerly LAIKA/house, can make anything move. We are animation experts.

Our Portland studio’s creative team is well-known for its ability to integrate design and develop characters that push brand narratives beyond the expected for clients like Sony, Jose Cuervo, Target, M&M’S, Honey Nut Cheerios, Honda and FOX Sports. Our artists are guided by their infectious passion for storytelling and an obsession to bring wonder to every collaboration.
