Best Picture Evolution

Oscars have uploaded an animation which charts the progression of the Academy Award winning Best Picture poster art from the early 20th century to the current day. The transitions are clever, integrating one poster with another.'The score and sound design was created by Mark Share for this 88 second animated history of the Best Picture Award from 1927 to 2015, commissioned by the Academy for the 88th awards, designed and directed by Henry Hobson. Animated by Alasdair Willson, Design Support - Henry Edman.'
